Hi! I'm Heather Whelpley

I’m a speaker, coach, and author that works with women to let go of proving, pleasing, and perfecting so you can have more joy in your life and create greater impact with your work. An overachiever since birth, I’ve had to let go of the inner critic telling me that I always need to do more - and be more. As you can imagine -- that led to some burnout over the years! I’ve learned how to break the rules that led to my burnout (like feeling I'm needed to be productive all time and couldn't disappoint anyone) and reconnected to my true self that knows I am worthy of rest and setting boundaries and saying no. Seeing my own challenges in so many women led me to facilitate webinars and workshops on imposter syndrome, using your authentic voice to create change, creating your own rules for success, and wellness & self-care in the new normal with thousands of people at companies like Deloitte, General Mills, Panera, and Medtronic.
